Our company, Rice Insurance Services Company (RISC), provides quality customer service for real estate licensees seeking errors and omissions (E&O) insurance in order to meet licensure requirements in mandated states. We are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to all of our customers. That is precisely why we have updated our website; to make everything easier and more convenient.

As you navigate our new website there are several places where you can find online FAQs both state and non-state specific to facilitate the enrollment process. We also have sample policies, coverages, features and claims for each state.

In addition to updating our information and navigation on the site, we will be updating the whole enrollment process. You still will complete the same steps as before, but your information can be saved through our updated processing system. Coming soon,  you will be able to see your saved information and next year you will be able to view your existing policy that needs to be renewed.
