RISC is pleased to continue to provide the Kentucky Real Estate Commission’s (KREC) group real estate errors and omissions (E&O) insurance program for the April 1, 2020 to April 1, 2021 policy period. Online enrollment is now available here and policy materials are available here.
If you are not planning to renew your license, please note that KREC has passed new regulations requiring at least a 1 year Extended Reporting Period (Tail Coverage) to be purchased before a license can be placed on inactive status. This process CANNOT be done online. Please click here to request a quote for ERP and an enrollment form with quotes will be returned to your email within 1-3 business days.
