RISC is pleased to announce that it will be continuing to provide the state group errors & omissions programs for Alaska, Colorado (Real Estate Brokers, Appraisers, and Mortgage Loan Originators), Iowa, South Dakota, and Tennessee for January 1, 2019. We are also pleased to continue the Nebraska independent group errors & omissions program for January 1, 2019.
All of these programs are now available for purchase online here. Enrollment forms will be made available online shortly and should be going out in the mail by the end of October.
Online enrollment for North Dakota and New Mexico for January 1, 2018 will be coming soon.
The Louisiana Group Errors & Omissions insurance program for January 1, 2019 will be made available for purchase through the Louisiana Real Estate Commission as a part of your license renewal. If you need to add endorsements to this policy, supplemental enrollment forms will be going out in the mail for you to complete and return. These forms will also be made available for download on our website shortly.
