All Renewals for January 1, 2021 NOW AVAILABLE!

December 1, 2020

Enrollment is NOW AVAILABLE for ALL our group real estate E&O programs with a January 1, 2021 inception date – Alaska, Colorado (real estate brokers, real estate appraisers, and mortgage loan originators), Iowa, Louisiana* (real estate licensees and real estate appraisers), Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Tennessee.

ENROLL ONLINE HERE for all states other than Louisiana* (this system only tracks online payments; it will not show any payments sent by mail).  We have limited staff in our office due to COVID-19, so we recommend online enrollment, especially if the mailing deadline included on the enrollment form for your state has passed or if you need proof of coverage for your broker or a client.

If you prefer to enroll by mail, select your state, click “Enroll or Renew” in the menu on the left, and download an enrollment form to complete and send to us with a check or money order. IMPORTANT NOTICE IF ENROLLING BY MAIL – Online enrollment is strongly encouraged this year because of staffing limitations due to COVID-19.  Our staff members are working very hard to process enrollments received by mail as quickly as possible, but we have limited in-office staff due to COVID-19, so processing times may be delayed.

* Louisiana Real Estate Licensees – You may enroll in the group policy through the LREC when renewing your real estate license (do not send premium for basic insurance to RISC). Any desired optional endorsements should be purchased through RISC by sending us a Supplemental Enrollment Form with a check or money order for the endorsement premium.

* Louisiana Real Estate Appraisers – You can purchase E&O insurance through RISC for your appraisal activities under our Louisiana group program, even if you don’t have an active real estate license.  To do so, send us a Louisiana Appraiser Enrollment Form with a check or money order for the premium (you must purchase both the basic real estate insurance and the appraiser endorsement).
