If you sent and email to RISC on or after this date and do not receive a response by Tuesday, March 7, 2018 after 2:00 PM EST, please call to ensure your email has been received. If you have a time sensitive matter you may contact us Monday March, 6, 2018. All online enrollment systems will be functional during this time and certificates will remain available for email and download by logging into your online account. We thank you for your patience.
