In accordance with a state mandate aimed at reducing the spread of COVID-19, we will have limited staff in the office until the emergency order has been lifted. If you have inquiries during this time, we encourage you to utilize our website for:

  • Information about our insurance programs.
  • Online enrollment.
  • Mail-in enrollment forms.
  • Instructions to sublimit a claim and notice of claim forms. Notification of claims and potential claims must be made in writing.
  • And more.

Our limited in-office staff will be available to answer calls Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST however, response times may be delayed.
