Individual Licensee Coverage

Basic Coverage through the Group Program:  It is easy to enroll in the group program when you renew your real estate license online with the Kentucky Real Estate Commission (KREC).  During the online license renewal process, you will be asked “Do you wish to use Commission Group E&O Insurance?”  Select “Yes” to enroll in the group program and continue the license renewal process.  We will send you a certificate of coverage after we receive a list of enrolled licensees from the KREC.

Supplemental Enrollment Form: For new licensees to purchase optional endorsements in addition to basic insurance through the group program, print and complete this form and mail it to RISC, along with a check or money order for the proper premium amount (plus applicable taxes and surcharge) made payable to RISC.

Endorsement Request Form for Current Insureds:  For licensees who have purchased insurance through the current group program and wish to add an endorsement(s) to their existing policy must use this form.
